(4) Decide on the text information you wish to include-- including any photo images.

(5) Complete the Easy Online Order Form and/or mail the information.

(6) Wait to receive your text proof via email ! If you like it, payment will be determined and your order completed.

If you don't like it, you owe nothing and your order is canceled.

PROOFS: Proofs WILL CONTAIN ONLY THE TEXT without the background. They will be in the form of an 8x10 .pdf file readable if you have Adobe software on your system.

All proofs will be sent via email or fax. Each proof will have the text information displayed exactly as you would see it on the tree. The proof will provide you the opportunity

to review all names and layout for proper inclusion and accurary as well as give you the opportunity to double check spellings and dates and make any additions or changes

you feel are necessary. You will be 100% comfortable and know what you will be receiving by the time you finalize your proof. You will be asked to complete

an "Approval of Proof" Form that will be sent to you via fax / email / mail. The person ordering will be responsible for reviewing all names and date information and approving

the proof -- regardless of how or from whom all information was acquired. Therefore, all customers are responsible for spelling and we will not be liable for any

errors or changes not caught by the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS: Once you have completed the "Approval of Proof" Confirmation Form. You will be instructed for payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, US check,

money orders. There will be a place on that form to complete and fax it back to us--- or if you prefer you may telephone or fax the information.

Full payment is required prior to final processing and printing. Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks depending on order for framed prints. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for unframed prints.

The color of text can be a gold tone or a white font (like the samples shown above).

We will use 2 colors in all, the second color is the color of the title of your print which can be placed in a complimentary color to match

your framing and print such as brown, grey, blue, black, etc. If you would like for us to use another color, please let us know.

WHEN DECIDING BETWEEN THE 2 PAPER CHOICES,

All prints are made in non-permanent inks and can be damaged by moisture, water, or extreme conditions such as heat or cold -just as

other photos, prints, posters, etc. Please click on "Care of Your Prints" for additional information.

GLOSSY PHOTO PRINTS - High Quality Poster Paper. FRAMED---- PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PROTECTION BEING PLACED BEHIND NON-GLARE GLASS.

CANVAS PRINTS ARE PRINTED ON CANVAS AND GIVE YOU THE LOOK OF A PAINTING, HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT PROTECTED BY GLASS WHEN FRAMED

and MUST BE TREATED AS AN ORIGINAL PAINTING.

PHOTO IMAGES:

If you decide to add photo images such as a family photos of couples, family crests, etc....., you will need to send a high quality copy of each photo

image by mail or by email. To send a photo image by email, Please save it in a .jpg form and send the attachment to:

order@familytreepaintings.com and simply state for which order the image belongs to.

If you are unable to make a high quality scan of your original photo by scanner, your local copy or printing shop may be able to assist you.

If you use a scanner, please remember the higher the resolution is during the initial scan, the better the quality will be for us to work with.

If you wish to mail us the original photos, that is fine also, but is at your own risk. Please read the disclaimer below.

If you have a particular idea in mind, please let us know. We will do our best to try to accommodate any special requests you have. However, due

to the variety and complexity of some images, we cannot guarantee that they will all work. Each photo image will be reviewed and determined

during the process.

EXTRA SERVICE - PHOTO RESTORATION:

If you have a photo that you would like to use that is damaged and needs restoration, we also provide that service.

There is a minimum of 1 hr charge ($20) or $20 per hour. We will review each individually to determine the labor time and cost.

The base charge includes: the design & proof for the canvas or photo print, along with the text placement of names based on the standard #

of lines included per each size listed, and a title of your choice. Additional lines will be $1.00 per line.

The base price does not include tax (Texas residents only), photo images, restoration, special requests, extra prints, custom framing,

or shipping & handling charges. For Multiple Print orders - 20% discount all duplicate prints after the 1st. Click here for more info on Multiple Prints

Interested in a Family Tree, but not sure how much it costs?

(1) Simply determine and count how many names AND how many birthdates and wedding dates you would like to include in your tree.

(2) Add them all together to determine your total # of lines.

(3) Then, review the chart below. Refer to the last column on the right to determine which print size can hold the total # of lines counted.

(4) Decide between Canvas or Glossy Photo Print Paper to determine the base price.

(5) Deduct the # of lines already included in that print size (see 4th column) from your total # of lines.

Simply add the remaining amount of lines to the print size price to determine the approximate costs.

EXAMPLE: Your tree has 75 lines = This fits the 16x20 size Photo Glossy Print.

16x20 size includes the first 30 lines. Therefore, deducted leaves 45 lines

16x20 Glossy Photo is $ 60.00 + additional $ 45.00 (@ $1 per additional line each)

Total = $ 105.00
