COMPLIMENTARY ORDER FORM

Complimentary Order Form - Utilizing this form will assist you in making your family shirt order information easy. The form will provide you with the necessary information for family members to order their shirt sizes and qty and return the money all prior to the reunion. Simply include this form in your main reunion invitation letter that requests family members to RSVP. Family members will return this form along with their RSVP and money to you by the specified date. We will give you a date that we would need all shirt sizes reported to us and will help you set the date that we will include on this letter for you.

As noted above, this letter shows the actual LOGO created for you. It gives your family members a chance to see upfront what will be on the shirts they will be ordering. Also, more people will be apt to ordering upfront because they will see what they will be receiving.

Many families utilize the t-shirts to help cover other reunion expenses by increasing the price they sell the shirts for to family members.

We will include the $ amount you request in any format for adults kids and extra sizes. There are many ways you may opt to do this to make it easy to keep up with. Just let us know.

Some families like to include on the letter that $2 for each shirt will help to fund the reunion as well. This is optional and your decision.

We require a $ 50 non-refundable deposit. This money will be applied toward the entire balance of your order that will be paid when you order the shirt sizes on the 2nd part of the order form. The deposit is required because we are actually releasing the logo to you in a form prior to making the order official. It covers 30% of the minimum order required that will pay for our design time and the release of this logo.
